Customer Service Executive - eCommerce

Our client is a multinational eCommerce company that is one of the world’s most well recognized leaders on the online hospitality space. With over 30,000 employees across 5 continents our client has recently launched a home-sharing service to complete in the travel sector and has several entry level roles for English speaking new graduates.

The sought-after candidates will have an opportunity to work in an entry-level role in our client’s customer service department and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide customers with a variety of information relating to services, products, special items, special events
  • Calling existing hosts/home owners to fix availability, content and pricing issues
  • Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Assist and translate information to customer.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to converse fluently in Thai and English
  • Flexible to work on a contract basis for up to 6 months.
