HR Specialist - Compensation & Benefits

Our client is an international hospitality Group headquartered in Europe and is well-known for some of the most popular hotel brands internationally. They operate over 10,000 high-end hotels internationally and are one of the market leaders in the hospitality sector. Due to a recent expansion of their portfolio in Thailand they are looking for an experiences HR professional to take on the following challenge:

The HR Executive will be based at our client’s offices in the Central Business District and manage our clients Compensation and Benefits processes and report to the company’s Financial Controller. This will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Calculate and record OT and other expenses through our client’s payroll system.
  • Prepare Payroll Report and other related report as requested
  • Be responsible for Employment Contract and Social Security Registration
  • Manage onboarding of new employees into benefits and payroll systems.,
  • Implement an organized filing system to store data and information.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in a related field.
  • At least 3+ years HR C & B experience preferably in an international organization.
  • Good Computer literacy especially in Excel and other Accounting payroll programs (Business Plus)
  • Knowledge about Thai labor laws is a plus.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines.
