The sought-after candidate will report to the Regional HR Manager based abroad and will be responsible for coordination of key HR processes and programs and management of our client’s Thailand operations and people. This will involve the following key responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth entry and exit of employees, including coordinating new hire orientation, processing relevant paperwork, sharing HR/benefits information with new Firm members, and coordinating new hire processes (e.g., allowance payments, BA tuition, housing loans)
  • Lead the professional development and staffing for a mixed cohort of specialists, experts and experienced hires across Southeast Asia
  • Provide trusted advice, counsel and an in-depth understanding of professional aspirations to these individuals. You will help coach them on their experiences, strengths, development needs, career path and relevant personal circumstances
  • Manage the inbound and outbound transfer process, including managing/coordinating the move approval process, immigration, personal and family needs, language lessons, housing assistance, etc.
  • Establish a solid onboarding process by working closely with the Head of Professional Development, respective Professional Development managers, practice leaders and training specialist.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Graduate degree holders preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in general HR and regional mobility administration, including professional development, staffing, and recruiting, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Previous HR / Mobility experience in a progressive and fast-moving organization is essential.
  • Ability to be credible and have empathy as well as counsel on professional careers
  • Customer service oriented and able to handle competing demands
  • Exposure to HR systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Lawson)
  • Strong command of the English language in both written and oral communications
