Office Manager - Manufacturing

The Office Manager will report to the expat Regional Director based abroad. He/she will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee all admin-related duties in the office.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Invoice distributors for capital equipment.
  • Handle all office purchasing, as well as deal with freight forwarding and shipping issues.
  • Act as PA to the Director by assisting him with meeting arrangements and calendar management.
  • Be in charge of daily operations in the office when the Director is away.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject.
  • Preferably female aged 35 years ++.
  • 5 + years of strong admin and office management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and take control of daily office activities.
  • Strong command of spoken/written English.
