Our client is an international HR Consultancy specializing in outsourcing and permeant recruitment services throughout Asia. Established on 1984, our client currently operates 18 offices across 6 countries in Asia, and is one of the largest staff outsourcing services companies operating in Asia. As part of their new global initiative our client is developing their permanent recruitment services offerings, and now seeking an experienced Recruitment Services Manager to develop and manage their permanent recruitment services in their Thailand brand of operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a permanent recruitment team and will report to the Japanese General Manager. He/She will be responsible for the management of our client’s permanent recruitment team and processes that involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing the permanent recruitment team
  • Establish recruitment strategies
  • Handling recruitment tasks such as screening applications, interviewing, and short-listing candidates
  • Prepare recruitment budgets
  • Create new sourcing strategies using online and offline tactics with the intent of building up a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future mandates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience preferably gained in a Japanese or corporate recruitment capacity.
  • Ability to train and coach subordinates on sourcing strategies and interview skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage people in various offices / locations./
  • Good written and verbal skills in English
