Regional HR Coordinator - Tech

Bangkok / Up to 100K THB/Month

Our client is a private advertising firm established in North America that specialized in online / digital space well known for generating and selling content to drive traffic to generate substantial revenues for their clients internationally. Partnering with publishers and media companies across the globe, our client currently employs over 20,000 people in 20 offices across the globe. With a Regional Operations center located in Central Bangkok, our client is seeking a Regional HR Coordinator to join their growing regional HR team.

The Regional HR Coordinator will be supporting the employees’ life cycle during their time at the company, including but not limited to data and document management, employee movement from onboarding until offboarding, payroll and benefits management, and employee services. The successful candidate will be working alone together with the Regional HR Director, and the overall job responsibilities are outlined as follows:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee data in HRIS system for employees in all APAC locations and educating all employees on their responsibilities for maintaining their personal data
  • Reviewing and identifying incorrect data received through data change related actions and work to resolution
  • Facilitating the on-boarding of new employees covering high-level overview and information e.g., Benefits, mandatory training
  • Creating and compiling new hire welcome packs and paperwork
  • Managing end to end payroll processes with payroll vendors including preparing payroll calculations, computation to ensure efficiency for all locations
  • Monitoring and ensuring that payroll processes are complied with the company governance and statutory requirement
  • Supporting employee and manager inquiries and processing requests following the required guidelines
  • Coordinating employee trainings and welfare initiatives, updating HR calendar

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations and administration e.g., payroll admin, learning and development etc.
  • Experience in relevant talent/mobility procedures, practices, and APAC country statutory
  • Working knowledge of HRIS, preferably on SuccessFactors
  • Good understanding of HR principles and/or labor laws of the supported country
  • Service mindset with strong people, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-organized, detail oriented with ability to manage time and priorities effectively and flex according to circumstance
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai
  • Computer literacy and skills in using Microsoft Suite
