Internal Control and Compliance Manager - Building Materials

Bangkok / Up to 70K THB/Month

Our client is a leading Glass Wool Insulation manufacturing company that manufactures and sells thermal and acoustic insulation products. The company was ASEAN's pioneer in Glass Wool Insulation and has currently offering a significant number of Glass Wool Insulation to numerous of clients across industries. Established in Thailand for more than 40 years, our client has an opening for an experienced Internal Control and Compliance Manager to take on the following role

The Internal Control and Compliance Manager will be implementing and maintaining strong internal control environment in compliance with SET standard, as well as facilitating the IPO filing process. This sought-after position will be ensuring necessary Financial, Operational, and Internal Audit reports are provided to management within timely manner and will also be responsible for the following main responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and coordinating the implementation of ERP System with third party ERP software vendor, ensuring a smooth transition from existing accounting software
  • Facilitating and coordinating the implementation of Internal Control and Compliance system with third party Internal Control / Risk Advisory team
  • Leading the execution of IPO preparation and filing processes, in compliance with SET requirements and regulations
  • Directing, overseeing, and maintaining the auditing and compliance programs as prescribed by the appointed third-party Risk Advisory.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Operation, and accounting team to ensure necessary Financial, Operational, and Internal Audit reports are provided to the management team

Qualifications required:

  • At least a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering / MBA/ Finance & Accounting/ Economics, or related preferred
  • Candidates with prior Big Four Auditing /Risk Management experiences are preferred
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or Program Management Office (PMO) also considered
  • Possess strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skill, detail oriented, ability to multitask and establish priorities, and is able to work under pressure
  • Good Command of both spoken and written English and Thai
