Country Manager – E-Learning

Bangkok / UP TO 350K/Month

Our client is one of the SE Asia’s fastest growing companies in the online learning space or the past 6 years and has received numerous awards and has gained the market share position for the past 5 years consecutively. Due to their impressive growth our client is seeking an experienced Country Manager to take the lead of their Thailand Brand of operations in the following role:

The Country Manager will be reporting directly to the SEA Managing Director based abroad and will be responsible managing the development (Sales and Marketing) of a e-learning product in Thailand. This will involve creating sales and online marketing strategies with the intent of driving sales growth, managing and monitoring brand performance to a wide audience on the Thailand online learning market. The overall job responsibilities are outlined as follows

  • Analyzing corporate and product brand positioning and consumer insight
  • Selling management and performance by analyzing in-depth client potential information and turning to business
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow the business
  • Proposing the products and services to expand the numbers of new customers and create opportunities and close sales
  • Increasing exposure to the target group of clients
  • Designing brand & marketing experience throughout the customer journey
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns, advertising activities and assesses ROI and KPIs.
  • Accountable for lead generation by business line and online and offline marketing channels
  • Managing marketing intelligence in terms of conduct marketing research in crucial areas
  • Managing and coach learning partner team and monitoring their performance
  • Ensuring that all subordinates are working effectively and follow all technical and company service processes

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field with strong preference to those with well recognized Graduate level Degrees.
  • At least 6+ years of sales and marketing working experience preferably with an emphasis on bringing a traditional product or brand into the online space.
  • Proven leadership experiences in a modern and progressive online company is essentail.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and sales strategies and how analytics.
  • Previous experience marketing and selling to diversified ages groups – Teens to Seniors.
  • Possess strong sense of initiative, innovation, analysis, urgency, and pressure tolerance
  • Able to work independently and professionally with minimum supervision, as well as being a good leader
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai
