Managing Director - Auto Service Centers

Bangkok / Up to 300K THB/Month

Our client is one of the most vigorous automotive groups in Asian. Established over 20 years in Thailand, our client has continuously grown and operated several automotive businesses, including new car dealerships, branded repair shops, motorcycle sales and services as well as being the sole distributor of some of Europe’s most famous car brands and aftermarket parts. With a recent expansion of their branded automotive services centers across Thailand our client is seeking and experienced Senior Level executive to take on the following role

The Managing Director will report directly to Board of Directors and take a lead role in managing our client’s automotive service retail business across Thailand. The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the rebranding and expansion of our client’s business in Thailand.
  • Operations Management: deploy and manage driver operations, customer service, sales.
  • Operations performance: identify and enforce best practices. Ensure high service standards are maintained across all operational metrics.
  • Financial control: budget, forecast and align business needs with control of operating expenses.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s vision and goals in collaboration with the leadership team. Communicate that business vision and goals to all personnel.
  • Manage and lead all key operating and functional disciplines within the business, including manufacturing, commercial, finance, compliance, HR and other administrative functions.
  • Deliver results as committed in annual and monthly operating plan and cascaded business objectives and drive accountability in all aspects of the business.
  • Develop the leadership and management team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and ensure a sustainable future business model through proper successor planning.


  • Thai Nationals Only
  • Qualified to degree level in a business-related subject with preference to those with Graduate Level Degrees.
  • 7+ years of managing experiences preferably gained in a retail organization or those candidates coming from a Business Consultancy background,
  • Proven hands-on management skills and analytical mindset.
  • Good English communication abilities (written & spoken).
