Resident Manager - Hotel / Resort (Trang)

Outside Bangkok / Up to 120k/month

Our client is a regional operator of hotels and resorts throughout SE Asia, and is currently looking for an experienced Resident Manager to oversee a luxury island property in Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard.

The Resident Manager will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be expected to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of property management from F&B through to housekeeping.
  • Maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Train all hotel staff and monitor existing staff development.
  • Produce marketing materials for the resort, including photos, virtual tours, videos, brochures etc.
  • Find new channels and markets to penetrate.
  • Establish promotions and associated promotional material.
  • Respond in a timely manner to guest and agent enquiries.
  • Help other departments when needed and perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.


  • Thai Nationals Only.
  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject.
  • 10 + years of experience in the Hospitality industry preferably in a remote / island property at a 4 star rating or above.
  • F&B, HR and finance experience is advantageous.
  • Previous 4 to 5-star hotel management experiences are essential.
  • Very Good English communication skills.
