Senior Key Account Manager - Ecommerce

Bangkok / Up to 110K THB/Month

Being the leader in e-business, the company provides end-to-end ecommerce solutions for retailers, brands and manufacturers throughout South East Asia. With a mission to help better the brands’ customer relationships, they act as a platform for clients to grow online business models. Since 2013, the company handles website development, online marketing, customer service and logistics for their clients. They are now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join their team of over 2,000 people throughout SE Asia.

The sought after candidate will report to the Group Director of Business Operations and work closely with local commercial teams in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for client’s regional team and required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with local Commercial management to ensure proper Account Management and Development of existing Key Accounts within the Category
  • Deliver financial performance, team performance to achieve internal target and ensure partner target is align and achieve
  • Develop partner relationship including clients, channel, industry partner
  • Develop new initiative, partner models and activities to expand our partner business and eCommerce cooperation
  • Monitor and act upon Regional Category P&L and Working Capital
  • Screen and control Local & Regional Commercial deals to ensure their compliance with Group guidelines
  • Own regional sales channel strategy for the Category and manage regional relationships with Category Head of leading Ecommerce marketplaces
  • Design Regional Solutions for new Clients, to enable Sales in multiple Ecommerce channels, as well as new Commerce models (e.g. B2B, B2E)
  • Coach local teams in all aspects of Category management

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in Business or a related subject.
  • 7-10 years of related working experience
  • Management experience in an Ecommerce company, Internet start-up, International Brand, FMCG, retailer or consulting
  • Previous experience in offline / online business in trading, merchandising, brand management, trade management
  • Very strong commercial and relationship management abilities
  • Good command of English is essential for both written & spoken
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude
