Digital Marketing Specialist - Marketing Firm

Bangkok / Up to 70K THB/Month

Our client is a brand management and licensing service agency established in Southeast Asia for the past 15 years. Currently, our client is a sole representative of world’s most sought-after brands in the entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle industries globally. With over 6 offices spread throughout SE Asia, our client’s Thailand branch of operations has been growing and expanding, and now has an opening for a Digital Marketing professional to take on the following role.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be taking the lead to grow the digital marketing & e-commerce strategic objectives for the licensed brand and taking charge in shaping the regional digital strategy. This sought-after position is both a creative and strategic role which will include both digital campaign support tasks and analytics tasks. The overall job responsibilities of the successful candidate are outlined as follows:

  • Planning and optimizing regional digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive business growth and brand affinity
  • Working closely with client’s digital & marketing team to align, amplify, maximize all digital activation
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing plans in the digital space in both digital campaigns and e-commerce
  • Driving e-Commerce business growth by analyzing trends/ opportunities, executing, and implementing tactical programs that leverage those trends/ opportunities
  • Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
  • Coordinating and supporting regular reporting and channel performance analysis across all digital projects
  • Measuring and analyzing the results and effectiveness of each campaign to identify insights that can improve future campaign performance by assessing against goals
  • Ensuring best practices in tagging to effectively track campaign performance, and conducting post-campaign reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • Qualified to degree level, preferably in business / marketing related subject
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns across various touch points
  • Strong understanding of social platform capabilities and their user behaviors/ communities
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Computer literacy – proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint) is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
