Digital Transition Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

This client is a large multinational company with various brands and a global market share leader in the home appliance / consumer electronics sector internationally. There is an opening in their Thailand branch of operations for an experienced digital transition professional to take on a new role in their global company.

The digital transition assistant manager will be reporting to many international parties and will be joining in the company’s marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the transition of all digital-related activities, together with digital strategy, digital KPI and rollouts management. The sought-after position’s overall job responsibilities are outlined as follows:

  • Ensuring that all brand/sales, customer service, product information/ product management related digital activities in related country are implemented for related digital solution
  • Guiding agency for digital transition processes of digital solution where necessary (e.g., Training) and ensuring that all agency related digital activities followed up with internal stakeholders
  • Being the first contact for Home Connect, social media, and related digital rollouts, as well as for global brand content localization projects
  • Optimizing individual campaigns for performance, across all channels in use
  • Tracking of analytics and metrics to determine which sources of traffic are performing best, then allocating ad funds accordingly
  • Responsible for continuous update of website, email and other related social media’s marketing and campaign content, as well as improving organic traffic (SEO optimization)
  • Responsible for CRM roadmap planning and execution
  • Ensuring country stakeholder management (Project Organization for Roll-in of Digital Solution)


  • Qualified to graduate degree level in a marketing or related subject.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in digital marketing and transformation in D2C industries
  • Experience in managing SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and marketplace etc.
  • Possess an extensive digital knowhow, project management and different set of coordination skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
  • Have local market know-how, home appliances industries or similar
  • Strong cross-cultural interpersonal communication skills
