Marketing Manager - Automotive Service Retail

Bangkok / Up to 90K THB/Month

Our client is one of the most vigorous automotive groups in Asian. Established over 20 years in Thailand, our client has continuously grown and operated several automotive businesses, including new car dealerships, branded repair shops, motorcycle sales and services as well as being the sole distributor of some of Europe’s most famous car brands and aftermarket parts. With a recent expansion of their After Sales Services and Parts Division, our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to manage their marketing operations and take on the following role.

The Marketing Manager will mainly be managing the company’s marketing operations to build a progressing brand awareness and maximize the sales. This sought-after position will also be involving in the following main responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that will give company the opportunity to maximize sales
  • Creating innovative marketing ideas that will build continued brand awareness and deliver profitable growth
  • Ensuring attainment of sales goals and P&L objectives
  • Analyzing data to set up annual budget, directions, policies, and strategies for development of marketing rules and processes to improve marketing performance effectively and ensure better organizational marketing operations compared to the opponents
  • Ensuring CRM database and customer segmentation analysis is utilized effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Managing day-to-day operations on all aspects of the business and be able to anticipate issues before they occur; suggest and implement solutions in an effective manner
  • Coordinating with related functions to create mutual understanding in marketing operations
  • Providing coaching and recommendations about overall marketing operations to subordinates to improve skills in work
  • Controlling making summary reports of overall marketing operations to propose to the supervisor
  • Reviewing statistics and monitoring website sales performance analytics

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified to Degree level in marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of working experience in related field in a B2C marketing role (digital and social marketing experience is a plus)
  • Experience creating a brand from the ground up is preferred
  • Understanding in digital marketing, online and offline consumer behavior
  • Possess a good understanding in upcoming marketing trends related to organization business
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and good command of English skills, with excellent communications skills
