Regional Head of Performance Marketing - eCommerce

Bangkok / Up to 225K THB/Month

Our client is one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing tech companies operating in the online / eCommerce sector and providing end-to-end ecommerce solutions for retailers, brands, and manufacturers throughout the region. Established in Bangkok several years ago, our client has become the leader in e-business and is currently seeking a Regional Head of Performance Marketing to play a key role in leading the regional team and take on the following challenges

The Regional Head of Performance Marketing will be working closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will be focusing on building the team’s expertise around digital marketing for various sales channels, together with assuming the following job responsibilities:

Building our digital marketing roadmap including innovating new solutions and enhancing existing solutions to strengthen our value proposition

Managing the Digital operation Hub and /or external agencies to interpret available data to enable media optimization, providing recommendations

Creating trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication, incredible results, innovative solutions, and an exceptionally high level of customer service

Overseeing media spend and search against performance metrics to optimize results

Developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Working Processes (SOP) and Escalation Process for the internal team and with other teams to ensure smooth operation and maximum productivity

Establishing program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)

Managing a team of interactive marketing professionals, create development plans, identify opportunities for growth and track training/development progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any related field (preferably in marketing area)
  • Experience in digital media strategy, planning and buying
  • 8+ years of management experience preferably in a regional role in APAC.
  • Proven experience working in an agency environment at Senior Account Manager / Account Director Level
  • Digital native, expertise in all Digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai, with outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for the digital world and its implications for business
