Account Manager - Sales - Software

Our client is a multinational software company that develops and sells cloud-based ERP solutions to large and middle-sized organizations in both the public and private sector. Well know for a document management solution that is used by the worst’s most famous companies, our client is entering the Thailand market and is seeking an experienced sales based Account Manager to take on the following challenge.

The Account Manager will report to the ASEAN Sales Manager based abroad, manage a sales team and our client’s Key Accounts in Thailand and new sales leads in Thailand. This will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Handle questions and issues by being the point of contact for customers
  • Ensure to track key account metrics as well as provide forecasting
  • Maintain good relationships in order to provide future support and suggestions for customers, key accounts, stakeholders, sponsors, etc.
  • Follow up on incoming sales leads for your region
  • Make cold calls daily to generate new leads for your region
  • Responsible for direct sales to end-users in your region.
  • Responsible for reseller recruitment to sell our products in your region
  • Perform live online demos of our software products for end-users and resellers. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject of study,.
  • Ability to learn and use software systems such as CRM for tracking sales activity & pipeline
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and perform software presentations as well as presentations of the company service offerings
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly
  • PC literate – Needs to be above average considering the field we are in
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high intensity, pressure-packed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Our client offers a completive remuneration package that includes an attractive monthly salary, commission, and other benefits as well as the opportunity to work in a truly international working environment.

Salary: Up to 60k/month ++
