Corporate Sales Manager - Consumer Goods / Cosmetics

Bangkok / Up to 125k/month

Our client is an international consumer goods distributor specializing in distributing some of the world’s most sought after brands that range from cosmetics, hair and beauty products to child care products internationally. With a presence in Thailand for over 25 years, our client is expanding their presence in Thailand as well as their portfolio of brands and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage their sales both in Bangkok and Up-Country markets.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will report to the Director of International Business Development and be responsible for the sales of our client’s childcare products in Thailand. This will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Successfully drive the sales and profitability of the business in Thailand in up-country general (traditional) trade channels and through specialty channels and distribution partners.
  • Manage various stakeholders such as suppliers, key accounts, distributors, etc. to achieve the sales objectives set by the Directors.
  • Sufficiently cover sales territories and channels.
  • Develop relationships with key accounts in both traditional and modern trade.
  • Develop, manage and review marketing of various company brands.
  • Achieve net sales, margin and sales-driven operating income by developing and executing business plans.
  • Coordinate and manage the marketing activities and ensure that strategies in place are aligned with company objectives.
  • Attend marketing visits upcountry once a month and produce reports on market trends and competitor actions.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
  • 8 + years of sales and marketing experience within the FMCG sector especially with at least 8+ of general/traditional trade sales experience
  • Previous experience in cosmetics and related products is preferred.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English at an advanced level.
  • Able to work independently and proven sales achievements is a must.
  • Flexible to travel to UPC markets frequently as part of the normal job responsibilities.
