Country Sales Manager – Kitchen Design Products

Our client is an international manufacturer and seller of hi-end interior surfacing products worldwide. With applications ranging from counter tops, or shower and other interior uses our client’s products are found in the world’s most prestigious building globally and continues to innovate to bring high quality products to market. Due to the continued development of Thailand’s hi-end reality market, our client is expanding their Thailand presence and is seeking for an experienced professional to assume the following position:

The Country Manager will report to the expatriate Director based abroad and the position is responsible for the delivery of the sales, margin and other performance targets for the country market through the leadership, motivation and management of the sales team, administration and warehouse staff of our client’s distributribution partner. Also, a self-reliance responsibility to build to achieve greater demand pipeline to motivate the distributor to pro-active in the growing of the business.

  • Lead and grow the state with full P&L responsibility.
  • Grow the business through pro-actively identifying and following through sales opportunities, building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Lead and motivate all employees within the business unit to ensure they all work as a tight team and deliver the business objectives.
  • Leadership and motivation of the sales force to ensure their focus; individual objectives and responsibilities deliver the required results.
  • Manage the administration/customer service and warehouse staff to ensure customer service standards are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Develop, communicate and implement the state’s business plan to achieve the business targets. This will involve ongoing analysis of the market segments, building activity, competitor activity, important customers and interrelationships.
  • Preparation of state sales and overhead budgets.
  • Develop and maintain personal contact with all major customers and suppliers in the state.
  • Maximize sales and specification of our client’s products products via architects, designers, kitchen companies, building companies, new home builders and stonemasons.


  • Thai Nationality qualified to degree or higher in a related subject.
  • 8+ year’s sales experience within the kitchen design and/or construction materials industry.
  • Strong experience in the hi-end/luxury building materials sector.
  • Very good English communication abilities.
  • High level of initiative, organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mind set.
  • Proven sales achievements and leadership skills.
