Sales Executive - Plastic Injection Machinery

Our client is a Japanese company which develops and maintains a variety of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery for the world’s plastic injection/mold industries. With a history of continual research and development, our client’s products help streamline and reduce costs while improving efficiency for within this plastic injection machinery sector. Due to an increase in their Thailand operations, our client is seeking to hire an experienced Sales professional to lead their Thailand client and business development efforts as follows:

The Sales Executive will report to the Japanese General Manager and take responsibility for our client’s plastic injection machinery and solutions business. This will involve the following main responsibilities:

  • Identifying and approaching potential business opportunities in Thailand’s manufacturing sector.
  • Maintaining profitable business relationships with our clients exciting Thailand customers.
  • Liaising with our client’s Technical Team to modify /insert technical specifications to win new business opportunities.
  • Management and support of customer critical situations -technical, commercial, financial processes.
  • Sale negotiations with customer conditions related to Rebate, spare parts, warranty and customer service;
  • Constant updating off CRM with reports, visits done, customer information and new ongoing projects.


  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject
  • Thai National (Male Candidates preferred)
  • More than 4+ years’ sales / key accounting experience working with extrusion or injection machinery as a preference.
  • Proven sales achievements and a background in injection mold and their applications.
  • Self-independent and a good team player
  • Have their own car and flexible to travel regularly as part of their daily job responsibilities.
  • Good command of written & spoken English

Salary: Up to 45k/month +
