Sales Manager - Direct/MLM Sales

Bangkok / Up to 100K THB/Month

Our client is one of the world’s most highly recognized high end Kitchen Appliance Brands that manufactures and sells a state-of-the-art automated kitchen appliance that is widely used amongst home cook and professional chefs internationally. Widely well know globally, our client has been selling its products through an Direct Sales approach and is currently setting up a Thailand distribution and sales network and is looking for an experiences Direct Sales (MLM) sales leader to take on the following role

The successful candidate will be reporting to the expatriate Managing Director and will be the first hire of the company in Thailand recruitment and managing small team that will be tasked with growing a Direct Sales business throughout Thailand, this sought-after candidate will mainly be responsible for building entire sales and operation department networks of freelance sales advisors starting in Bangkok and then eventually expanding to up country markets. This will involve the following main responsibilities:

  • Setting department KPIs and driving the sales team to meet the company goals.
  • Ensuring the sales plan is operated in a manner that will support the business integrity.
  • Responsible for developing of sales programs to sustain the business growth in the market.
  • Promoting incentive to the business leaders as business opportunity
  • Developing and driving the new initiatives
  • Implementing sales plans and strategies that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Assisting in the marketing plans development and implementation as needed
  • Conducting one-on-one review with all Sales Representatives to build more effective communications and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Representatives' sales and activity performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Representatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 6 years of sales management experience in the direct sales or Multi Level Marketing business sector
  • trained as a sales professional with understanding of sales techniques and methods.
  • Possess good presentation skills with ability to perform public speaking.
  • Possess strong leadership skills with ability to work independently.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and relationship
  • Good Command in both spoken and written Thai and English
