IT Helpdesk Engineer - Consulting

Our client is an innovative IT Solutions, Support and Consulting company based in South East Asia with operations currently in major SE Asian markets and a certified Microsoft and Cisco qualified service provider. We a range of on and offsite support service our client is continuing to develop their services and support teams and is looking for a few experienced professionals to fill the following vacancy:

The sought after candidate will join our client’s Client Service Support Team and take an active role supporting technical issues based at one of our client’s customer sites in Samut Prakarn.

  • Provide administrative User Support for all IT (i.e’ setting up new client PC’s, installing MS OS).
  • Transferring data from old to new client PCs.
  • Install and set up new software applications and printers.
  • Maintain server connections and LAN based support.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and up keep of IT systems and services.
  • Assist in quotation and purchasing of hardware, software and networking devices.
  • Provide IT enhancements and IT system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in an IT related subject.
  • 2+ years of IT supportive experience with Microsoft Systems and Services.
  • Strong background of IT software products and packages.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Good English speaking abilities.

Salary: Up to 40k/month ++

Location: Latkrabang
