Contract and Temporary Staff Outsourcing Services is designed for clients who typically, and on short notice, want to employ staff for a fixed length of time.
Smart Search offers our clients a payroll outsourcing service, which covers the issuance of monthly salary payments to their employees. We manage all necessary tax deductions, benefits and mandatory payments, such as social security and insurance and also handle expense reimbursement should clients offer this benefit as part of the employee’s remuneration package.
Our dedicated client services team handle the entire payroll process for your employee(s). Smart Search will act as the legal employer of your outsourced employee(s) in Thailand, responsible for the payment of all their employee benefits, insurance, social security contributions and other applicable taxes as per local law or as agreed with the client. Although we are the legal employer, clients retain full decision-making control over the daily management and performance of the employee.
You also have the option to enroll the outsourced employee(s) on Smart Search's group medical insurance scheme, which saves you the hassle of having to make your arrangements. The insurance fee is a lump sum paid on an annual basis.
Payroll outsourcing services are charged as a fee calculated as a percentage of the employee's monthly salary, to be paid on a monthly basis for as long as the employee is outsourced through our agency. The outsourcing contract can be terminated at any time providing two months notice is given.
All payroll processes and requests are done via a state of the art HRIS system that is multi lingual to support both Thai and Expatriate employees throughout Thailand and a dedicated Human Resources Specialist is assigned to each company.
