Senior Software Engineer - AI Enterprise Solutions - Smart Search Recruitment

Our client is a global enterprise software leader in providing AI-powered integration platform based in the United States. Their technology helps leading organizations connect their application, data and business systems, automate workflows, and securely integrate AI into their operations. With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, our client works with enterprise customers across industries including technology, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to scale and develop the company’s enterprise integration and AI platform. 

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling the company’s enterprise integration and applied AI platform. The role requires close collaboration with the international engineering, product, and UX teams to build high-performance and reliable software solutions that enable enterprises to connect systems, automate workflows, and integrate emerging AI technologies. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows: 

• Design, develop and implement scalable, reliable and secure software solutions for the platform.
• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architecture and engineering decisions.
• Develop solutions involving enterprise integration, APIs, automation and applied AI.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and global engineering teams to deliver new platform features.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, availability and reliability across distributed environments.
• Conduct code reviews and promote high-quality engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor and support junior engineers while contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.
• Build and improve automated testing, deployment, monitoring and CI/CD processes.
• Contribute to open-source initiatives and engage with the wider developer community.
• Participate in technical planning and contribute to the long-term product and engineering roadmap.

Qualifications:  

• Graduate Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or relevant fields. 
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience in senior or technical leadership positions.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Go or a comparable language.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices and API design.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or similar container technologies.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code, ideally including Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with data integration, ETL, enterprise middleware or integration platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, reliability and fault-tolerant architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and international engineering teams.
• A strong interest in AI, automation, cloud technologies and enterprise integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
