Seasonal Sales Associate - Luxury Goods - Smart Search Recruitment

Our client is a globally known multinational luxury brand with retail operations in the world’s most sought-after retail locations. Established in Europe in the early 1900’s, our client has grown into one of the world’s largest Luxury Good Group in the world and one of their most popular fashion brands is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to take on a crucial role in their Thailand operation in the following capacity.

The Seasonal Sales Associate will be working closely with the Store Manager in providing customer service and sales assisting. The successful candidate’s overall duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with VIP customers.
• Inform customers about new product lines.
• Maintain high level of product knowledge.
• Monitor stock management.
• Prepare stock and traffic reports.
• Positive promotion of product and company image at all the times
• Develop strong relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Qualified to degree level in any subject.
• 2+ years of high-end / fashion sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates with a background in Customer Service / Internships or have an outgoing personality are welcome to also apply.
• Good background in high end fashion and/or luxury goods is essential
• Fluency in English
